For a while now I have been making and taking this all natural and very effective anti-inflammatory and antibiotic. It is very easy to make and it tastes like a peppery sweet and sour sauce.
You will need:
1 TBS turmeric
3 1/2 oz raw honey
2 oz raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
1/2 TBS ground black pepper
mix all the ingredients together and store them in a glass jar with a plastic lid for up to 2 weeks. A metal lid will cause a metallic taste.
directions for use: 1TBS in the morning and evening for anti-inflammatory use. If you become sick take 1 tbs per hour the first day. 1 Tbs every 2 hours the second day then 3 tbs a day after that.
I have been using this daily for over a month and I no longer have to use Ibuprofen for aches and pains. It took a few days of taking it before I realized I didn’t hurt as much.
